Hiking...camping...military style survival exercises

Nir's military experience has afforded him the tools to take you off the main roads of Israel

into its wild nature and wilderness. Hiking and camping the wilderness or military style survival exercise are in your reach and such a tour will help you to get to really discover the Israeli and Biblical wilderness.

This is an opportunity to learn the limits of your ability, the importance of team work and will fill you with the adrenalin and pride that comes with the feeling of "I did it."

These tours will be tailor-made to match your physical abilities, from "light" activities to the level of an elite army unit.  You'll be exposed to some incredible natural sites as well as testing the limits of human ability.

Here are a few examples:

Jeep rides

One of the more exciting and fun experiences while visiting Israel is an off-road jeep tour through the mountains or desert regions. Israel has some of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the world and you can take a jeep tour into the depths of the Judean Desert or Negev and the Ramon Crater, beyond where normal cars can go, or into the green hills of the Galilee. These are experiences that will remain with you forever.

Desert walks (with or without camels)

Israel is a hiker’s paradise. An old Bedouin saying says... "Walk your feet and rest your heart." Hike into the Ramon Crater, a truly unique geological formation and you'll discover the desert's natural fresh water springs, explore the ancient Nabatean Spice Route and experience the Bedouin hospitality with local tribes still roaming the vast land. The clear and cool weather of the Negev's high mountains permit year round touring.

You can also explore the desert on camels. A camel ride offers the perfect chance to slow down and begin to feel the rhythm of the desert and learn about the ancient “perfume route”, where the Nabateans led camel convoys carrying spices and perfumes 2,000 years ago. Camel tours are suitable for all ages, families with or without children, groups and individuals. All the tours are pre-planned to suit the individual rider and to get the most excitement out of them.

The beautiful mountains of the Galilee and the Golan in Northern Israel and some of the exciting canyon hikes in the south provide many venues for exciting rappelling adventures including rappelling down high cliffs and dry waterfalls. You will have the time of your life on your Israel rappelling adventure!

Kayaking (including white water)

Kyaking is perfect both for families and for the adventurous and offer you the chance to discover lush green landscape and beautiful clean waters.

During the standard river route you'll travel along the Jordan and Hatzbani Rivers on a curving route passing through green riverbanks that give you a magic experience in nature.

The longer route speed kayaking is the longest and most adventurous on the Galilee that combines fast and calm river sections with small waterfalls in the shadows of Dolev trees, affording an adrenaline filled nature experience.

Sailing and Diving at the Red Sea

Sailing on board a yacht is great entertainment for all ages. Take a private sail for a duration of between two hours to half a day, which will include cruising around the Bay of Eilat, observations and explanations about the four countries which border the bay – Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, cruising along the "Dolphin Reef" to watch the dolphins in their natural habitat and rope dragging in the water (a unique experience where you'll be dragged by rope behind the yacht while your body floats and enjoys an indulging massage by the cool waters).

Anchor on Eilat's west coast for a chance to swim in the sea and get in some snorkeling. During the sail you can combine water sport activities such as jet skis, water skis, tube skis and parasailing.

Hiking & Bicycling

Israel is a hiker’s and biker's paradise. The country has a truly incredible variety of fascinating landscapes and unique geological phenomena. Israel, situated between three continents, is also the junction for special fauna and flora. We want to take you on a memorable journey through this amazing country.

A cycling and hiking tour of Israel offers you a first-hand and up-close experience, where you become part of the environment and nature, the views, the history and the people. Our tour will take you to sites of historical and religious significance and will allow you to get better acquainted with the variety of cultures that make up Israel's human landscape.

This unique and unforgettable experience is a fine combination of physical accomplishment and spiritual fulfillment.

Shooting Range

This activity is designed for tourists of any age who would like to get a taste of Israeli methods of shooting and combat. More than just firing off a few rounds, you will learn from the experts about weapon handling, counter–terrorist tactics and the values which guide the Israeli security establishment.

Horseback Riding

Horseback riding in Israel provides one with an amazing experience in incredible surroundings.. From the saddle of a horse you can enjoy the ridge of the amazing Ramon Crater in the Negev Desert, Israel’s “Grand Canyon,” or ride along trails in northern Israel overlooking the Sea of Galilee.

"Spelunking" in caves

The Land of Israel has many caves and caves of many sorts. Some caves have historical and archeological significance, some have spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, some are spacious caverns and others have narrow crevices and deep tunnels. We can add caving (spelunking) to your itinerary for a unique adventure experience.

Archaeological Adventures

We offer a rare opportunity for you to look for your roots in the area of Beit Guvrin, King Herod's ancestral home, by participating in an on-going archaeological dig, sifting for relics, examining pottery and touring the National Park of Beit Guvrin while crawling through unexcavated cave systems. Vast underground labyrinths of man-made rooms are systematically cleaned and provide evidence of underground industrial complexes dating from the Hellenistic period.

Remains of olive oil production, weaving installations, water cisterns and baths all provide evidence of a thriving society. The site offers a wealth of discoveries and practical experience for those who want to take part in a dig but have limited time.
